
2026 71st Aki Ryokoza Citizen Festival (Fireworks) Full Day Sightseeing Course
On August 2, 2026 (Sunday), centered around the 71st Aki Ryokoza Citizen Festival held at the Health Exchange Center Genkikan in Aki City, this full day course allows you to enjoy Aki City, a castle town connected to the Goto family, the chief retainer of the Tosa clan. In the morning, admire the Nora Clock known as a handcrafted timepiece from the Meiji era and stroll through the Doi Kakuchu area where samurai residences still remain. Touch Aki's history at Aki Castle ruins and the History and Folk Museum, and browse locally-sourced products at the Aki Station Jiba-san Market.
