2026 Tochio Festival Grand Fireworks Full-Day Course

A full-day course centered around the Tochio Festival Grand Fireworks, held at Hatone/Taka Machibah in the Tochio region of Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, starting at 7:30 PM on Sunday, August 23, 2026. During the day, experience local artworks at Nagaoka Tochio Art Museum and visit the historic Jouan-ji Temple.
