A one-day course centered on the opening day of the Anjo Tanabata Festival (August 7, 2026, around JR Anjo Station) held in Anjo City, known as an agricultural town called 'Japan's Denmark'. In the afternoon, spend time at Anjo Industrial Culture Park Denpa Park surrounded by flowers and greenery, learn about the town's history related to the Meiji Canal at the Anjo City Historical Museum, and walk the Meiji Canal Greenway to experience Anjo's development alongside water. In the evening, have an early dinner at the station square, then at 5 PM, head to the festival venue around Anjo Station. Slowly walk through the shopping street where wish papers and colorful Tanabata decorations sway as a family. It's a leisurely summer festival day unique to lush Anjo.
