2026 Hotel Listel Inawashiro Garden Pool: A Full Day Course

This is a one-day course centered on Hotel Listel Inawashiro Garden Pool (ホテルリステル猪苗代 ガーデンプール), open from July 18 through August 31, 2026, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. It's the outdoor pool of a resort spread across a plateau at the foot of Mt. Bandai, overlooking Lake Inawashiro, and can be used for a day visit even without staying overnight. Thanks to the higher elevation, the air stays cool even in midsummer, and playing in the water amid open, expansive scenery is a pleasure unique to Inawashiro. The same facility also has an indoor Kur Haus and Pool C's (クアハウス＆プールC's) with eight kinds of natural hot-spring baths, a pool area, and a swimsuit-required sauna, so you won't be left without options even if the weather turns. In the morning, visit the Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Hall (野口英世記念館), where his birth house is preserved as-is and you can trace the path of a medical scientist who became active around the world. Next, visit Tenkyokaku (天鏡閣), a Meiji-era imperial family villa, and take in the beauty of this Western-style mansion overlooking Lake Inawashiro. In the afternoon, play in the water at the Garden Pool. It's a course that lets you savor both a highland resort and history in a single day.
