About this spot

A 250-hectare tourism ranch nestled on the slopes of Shikano Mountain. Animal events run throughout the day, including a sheep parade and piglet races, while milking demonstrations and horseback riding experiences are also popular. With seasonal flower fields, signature lamb barbecue, and rich soft-serve ice cream, this is one of the Boso region's most iconic family-friendly spots.

Tips

The grounds are extensive with many slopes, so comfortable walking shoes are essential. Using the in-park shuttle buses makes it easier to navigate with children. Check the schedules of popular animal events at the entrance.

Best time to visit

Allow 3 hours to half a day; arriving right at opening time makes it easier to catch the events.
