The rooftop observation deck "Gulliver's Deck" is close to the runway, and evening hours are golden time with arrivals and departures occurring every few minutes. As the sun sets, the runway's guidance lights begin to glow, creating a dramatic scene perfect for ending the day.
Tips
The deck has many benches; consider buying snacks from the shop to bring up. Bring a cardigan or jacket as it gets cool in the evening. Both the monorail and Keihin Express are directly connected for the return trip.
