Japan's largest-scale cycling hub, directly connected to Tsuchiura Station. At Rin-Rin Square Tsuchiura inside the facility, you can rent cross bikes and E-bikes, and there are also changing rooms and showers. It's standard to have breakfast at the bakery cafe before departure, as this is the starting point of the Tsukuba Kasumigaura Rin-Rin Road.

Tips

Rental bicycles may be fully booked on weekends. E-bikes have limited quantities, so advance reservation through the official website is recommended. Leave your luggage in a coin locker to travel light.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1 hour required. The reception desk is less crowded around 9 a.m., making departure smooth.
