Connected directly to Hitachi Station, this fully glass-walled cafe is built on a cliff, jutting out toward the sea. With nothing but sky and the Pacific Ocean visible from your seat, it feels wonderfully open, almost like having breakfast out on the water. Pancakes and morning sets are popular, and it's a relaxed place to spend time even with kids.

Tips

The window seats facing the sea are popular, so right after opening is your best bet. On weekends a line tends to form, so it's a good idea to enjoy the observation deck first while you wait.
