A municipal day-use hot spring facility located below the stone step street. You can leisurely enjoy the famous "golden-colored hot spring" in a stone-lined indoor bath, which soothes tired feet from your stroll. The tatami-floored rest area on the second floor lets you lie down after bathing, a wonderful feature for three-generation trips. It's the perfect finishing bath before heading home.
Tips
Towels are available for purchase but it's safer to bring your own. Lockers are 100-yen returnable type, so have coins ready for smooth operation.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour for bathing and rest. Late afternoon tends to be less crowded
