Enjoy your morning coffee at a café overlooking the canal, beginning your trip with appropriately leisurely time. Tips
The park is free to enter and open 24 hours for strolling. The waterside café tends to get busy during daytime on weekends, so mornings are your best bet. The observation tower stairs are easy to walk, so comfortable shoes are recommended. The nighttime lighting is also beautiful—if you have time, it's worth revisiting.
