This rest area located just near Senrihama Nagisa Driveway serves as Hakui's gateway. It features a restaurant using Noto ingredients, a bakery, and a shop corner with local specialty products—perfect for a midway break and lunch. The signature Noto pork and dishes made with local vegetables, plus freshly baked bread, are popular with children. Sand sculpture monuments and a foot bath offer attractions beyond shopping.
Tips
The spacious parking lot makes it easy to get on and off, so it's child-friendly. The restaurant gets crowded at lunch, so arriving before 11 AM for an early lunch flows more smoothly. There's a tire wash station available after driving on the sandy beach.
