Ascending to the upper-floor observation deck, you'll find a grand panorama overlooking Mutsu Bay and Aomori city, and on clear days, the mountain ranges of Hakkoda and even the Shimokita and Tsugaru peninsulas. The building also features a video theater introducing Aomori's culture and seasons, perfect for grasping the overall picture of Aomori for first-time visitors. Right next to Aoi Umi Park. The observation deck and video theater are fee-based; combined tickets with the Hakkodate Maru and other facilities are available, so check at the window.
