A free admission facility that preserves the history and culture of the harbor town Tosakinminato, including the Tosakinminato Shinmei Shrine Festival's float procession, registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage under "Mountain, Hoko, and Yatai Traditions." The full-scale decorated float rising in the vaulted exhibition hall is breathtakingly magnificent; viewing the warrior dolls and ornate decorations up close conveys the festival's energy. Festive music and video displays keep young children engaged without boredom. Additionally, Tosakinminato was the site of the Tosakinminato Air Raid in the final stages of the Pacific War, and an exhibition room preserves this memory. A place where families can leisurely learn about the town's journey alongside the harbor. Located just a short drive from Port Tower Cerion, it's the perfect conclusion to harbor area sightseeing, adding depth to your travel memories.
