Tips
Within walking distance of JR Noshiro Station (能代駅); free parking is available by car. Admission is free, with a fee only for planetarium viewings. Planetarium showtimes are scheduled, so check the day's schedule upon arrival. Note that the facility has closure days, so check opening hours in advance.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes required. It's smoothest to enter right after opening to catch an early morning planetarium showing.
