A historic bakery with its main shop on Hiroshima's Honndori Street, known for introducing Danish pastries to Japan. The heavy, striking façade features preserved exterior walls from a former bank that survived the atomic bombing, with the first floor displaying rows of freshly baked bread, Danish pastries, and sandwiches, while the second floor offers a relaxed dining experience. During morning hours, fresh baked goods are continuously replenished, and the shop is enveloped in a fragrant aroma. In a space themed around Danish "hygge" (a sense of well-being and comfort), you can enjoy an elegant breakfast befitting the opening of your gourmet journey.

Tips

Freshly baked items are most abundant right after opening, and seating is easier to find at this time. If you plan to enjoy breakfast on the second floor, it's best to secure your seat first, then select your bread. There is no dedicated parking, so using nearby coin parking or tram/bus transportation is convenient.
