An observation park developed at the mainland base of Tsuno Island Great Bridge, this is the classic spot where "that composition" featured repeatedly in TV commercials and posters can be captured. From the observation deck, take in the full view of the 1,780-meter bridge extending straight to the island across waters that shift from emerald green to cobalt blue at Amakagase Strait. The sea's tropical colors in this area of white sand and shallow waters are breathtakingly beautiful. The park features a small shop and a monument, making it the perfect warm-up before crossing the bridge. Take your time exploring different angles to find your best shot together.

Tips

Though free parking is available, the lot tends to fill up around midday on weekends, so arriving early is recommended. The observation deck requires climbing a few stairs, so wear comfortable shoes. Be careful not to lose your hat on days with strong sea breezes.

Best time to visit

Allow approximately 40 minutes. While the sea's blue intensifies as the sun climbs higher, the early morning hours are less crowded, allowing for more relaxed photography.
