From the top, Tokiwa Lake and the verdant park spread below, with city streets and even the Seto Inland Sea visible beyond. Accessible on foot from the amusement park. The observation deck is breezy—bring a light layer for cool seasons. Exhibits have lots of text; explaining to children 'people used to dig coal here long ago' in simple terms keeps them engaged.
