Near Takamatsu Harbor, this waterfront complex was born from the renovation of old, abandoned warehouses and traditional storehouses. In spaces preserving rusted corrugated metal walls and exposed beams, cafés, miscellaneous goods shops, and galleries gather, where the retro harbor atmosphere and contemporary aesthetics blend comfortably. From café seating facing the sea, you can take in the Seto Inland Sea, passing ships, and distant islands. After indulging in your food walk, this is the perfect spot to settle your satisfied appetite with sea breezes and the aroma of coffee. Photogenic corners—rusty doors and wooden-framed windows—make for enjoyable camera-in-hand strolls.

Popular cafés may have waits during lunch hours. Window seats with sea views and terrace seating are premium spots, so arrive with time to spare. Sea breezes can be strong, so bring a light layer. It's about a 15-minute walk from the shopping street area.
