This art museum stands immediately adjacent to Mifuneyama Rakuen and specializes in displaying fine ceramics, especially Chinese pieces. The highlight is Keishūen, a Japanese garden designed by Kinsaku Nakane, a celebrated garden master of the Showa era renowned for works like the gardens of Adachi Museum. Spanning roughly 3,000 tsubo, it boldly incorporates Takeo's distinctive tea fields, and the dramatic cascade of a waterfall, stone arrangements, and curved pond blend together as a unified landscape. The borrowed landscape view of Mifuneyama is also spectacular, offering an elegant and serene garden experience distinct from the morning's Mifuneyama Rakuen. The exhibition rooms showcase masterpieces of Chinese ceramics like celadon, allowing you to appreciate both garden and art in one luxurious setting.

You can enjoy both Keishūen Garden and the art museum together. The garden paths have elevation changes and stepping stones, so watch your footing after rain. Since the museum is within walking distance of Mifuneyama Rakuen, it's most convenient to keep your car parked and proceed directly on foot.
