About this spot
Access to the Kamiheima Venue of the Tamagawa Fireworks Festival is most convenient from Heima Station (平間駅) or Kashimada Station (鹿島田駅) on the Nanbu Line. In the evening, the area around the station becomes lively with crowds heading to the venue, building festival excitement. Food stalls on the embankment become crowded, so it's wise to secure drinks and light snacks in this area beforehand. The walk from here to the Tamagawa embankment takes about 15 minutes.

Tips
荒天時の開催可否は川崎市・大会公式の発表で確認を。終了直後は平間駅・鹿島田駅・武蔵小杉駅方面すべてが大混雑します。河川敷で余韻を楽しんでから、複数駅への分散帰宅がおすすめです。
Tips
On fireworks day, both the station and convenience stores are crowded. It's best to complete your shopping by around 4 PM (16:00). Using the restroom near the station in advance prevents any issues on the embankment.
Best time to visit
Allow approximately 45 minutes. Early evening before crowds become heavy is ideal.
