Located right next to JR Kobe Station and Subway Harborland Station, this is a multi-use waterfront area facing Kobe Harbor. This vast seaside space, redeveloped from a former railway yard, features renovated brick warehouses converted into commercial facilities and well-maintained promenade paths. Along the harbor-facing walkway, you can leisurely stroll while gazing at the sea and the cityscape across the water. Since Meriken Park, tonight's fireworks venue, is within walking distance from here, you can get a sense of the surrounding area's topography and atmosphere beforehand. A seaside walk in autumn's crisp air, touched by Kobe Harbor's sea breeze, is truly special.

「みなとHANABI-神戸を彩る5日間」は、神戸市中央区のメリケンパークを会場に、2026年10月19日(月)から23日(金)の5日間にわたって開催される花火大会です。各日18時30分から18時50分のわずか20分間に、港の夜空へ花火が打ち上がります。神戸港の海面に反射する光と、対岸の夜景、港のランドマークが一体となった光景は、神戸ならではの都市型花火の醍醐味です。平日開催のため週末の大規模大会より落ち着いた雰囲気の中で観覧できるのも魅力で、家族でゆったりと楽しむことができます。20分間の花火が終わったあとも、港の夜景の余韻をしばらく味わってから帰路につきましょう。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は大会主催者の公式発表を必ず確認してください。終了後はメリケンパーク周辺の道路や最寄り駅(みなと元町駅・元町駅)が混み合うため、しばらく公園内で余韻を楽しんでから分散して帰宅するのがおすすめです。帰路は足元が暗くなるため小さなライトやスマートフォンのライトを活用しましょう。

About 10 minutes walk from Nankinmachi, or about 3 minutes walk from JR Kobe Station. The waterfront promenade is free to explore. From Harborland to Meriken Park is about 10–15 minutes along the seaside. Use restroom facilities in nearby areas before your next move.
