Tips
About 5 minutes walk from the North Exit of JR Kaihama-Makuhari Station. On the fireworks festival day, parking lots become congested from evening onward, making train access more convenient. Lunch during the early 12 o'clock hour allows for relatively smooth seating. Stock up on light snacks and drinks needed for fireworks viewing here for peace of mind.
