Next stop: Fireworks color the night sky over Morie Bay, savored together with the sea breezeAbout this spot
This seaside park facing Morie Bay (守江湾) is the venue for tonight's fireworks festival. It has a wide lawn area and a sandy beach, with a pleasant evening sea breeze blowing through. Since food stalls are set up on the day of the fireworks festival, pick up dinner here and take care of both claiming a spot and filling up at the same time. As the day grows later, the number of viewers increases, so it is better to secure a viewing space by around 5 or 6 PM. The time spent waiting for the fireworks to start while watching Morie Bay dyed in the sunset is also an important part of this day.
Tips
The area around the venue starts getting crowded from the evening on the day of the fireworks festival. Use the restroom early and remember its location. A leisure sheet is handy on both the sand and the lawn. Since the surrounding roads get crowded after the fireworks end, it is reassuring to research your return transportation (parking location, bus times, etc.) in advance.
