Tori no Umi is a brackish lake spreading near the mouth of the Abukuma River, with a Pacific Ocean coastal area continuing beyond it. In this area where recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake continues, the time spent walking while facing the sea carries a quiet depth different from bustling tourism. The SAKAN Athlete Park Multi-Purpose Plaza, tonight's fireworks viewing venue, is also nearby, so confirming the surrounding topography and atmosphere during the day ensures smooth movement at night. A few minutes on foot or by car from Michi no Eki Tori no Umi. Since some areas are unpaved sandy beach, wear comfortable sneakers. On days with strong sun, bring a hat and sunscreen. Since it becomes suddenly cool in the evening, confirming the location of any light jacket during this time brings peace of mind.

Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes required. The oblique light of the afternoon makes the sea surface shimmer—a perfect photo moment.
