Located in the center of Kakamigahara City (各務原市), this urban park is beloved by local residents. Its expansive lawn plaza offers an exceptional sense of openness where kids can run around freely. You can also spread out a picnic lunch on a bench in the shade of the trees, making it an ideal starting point on the afternoon of the fireworks show. The playground area is well equipped too, offering fun for everyone from small children to elementary schoolers. The lush, green surroundings keep the shade cool even in midsummer, making it a great place to relax before the afternoon's sightseeing. It's also close to the fireworks venue at Ogase Pond (おがせ池), keeping the day's route smooth and efficient.

Nearest to the Kakamigahara City Hall-mae bus stop. Parking available (free). On the day of the fireworks show, parking near the venue fills up from the evening onward, so it's reassuring to check the parking situation around this time. Please be sure to take all trash with you after a picnic on the lawn.
