A roadside station located within Gero City, positioned along the Hida River. In addition to a souvenir corner handling local vegetables, processed foods, and Hida beef-related products, there is a dining space offering light meals and food using local ingredients. Its location is perfect for a quick meal before heading to the Hida River riverbed fireworks venue, and the facility is family-friendly. The souvenir corner, which offers an overview of Hida's mountain bounty, can also be used as a final check for souvenirs you may have missed in the afternoon hot spring town. Finish your meal leisurely before the crowds arrive, and prepare for the fireworks.

Tips

A few minutes by car from Gero Hot Spring town. On the day of the fireworks festival, surrounding roads become congested from evening onward, so allow extra time for travel. Check the event's traffic guidance in advance for information about moving to the riverbed afterward (walking, car, shuttle bus, etc.). It's reassuring to use the restroom here.

Best time to visit

Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes required. Using this early in the evening allows you to eat calmly while avoiding crowds.
