The Hinase Minato Matsuri Fireworks Festival marks the climax of the festival. From 8:00 PM to 8:40 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026, approximately 2,500 fireworks will be launched from JR Hinase Station Front Harbor. Fireworks blooming over the calm Seto Inland Sea create brilliant reflections on the water surface, adding to the charm unique to a port town summer festival. Viewing fireworks against the open backdrop of fishing ports and islands will create deep summer memories for the whole family. After the approximately 40-minute program concludes, linger a while longer to enjoy the lingering beauty in the harbor air carrying the scent of the tide before heading home.
