About 10,000 large fireworks launched off Hiroshima Port's 10,000-ton Berth (広島港1万トンバース) color the Seto Inland Sea night sky for a full hour. A major feature of this display is its 《Fireworks Museum》 style, in which music and fireworks are linked: the color, shape, and rhythm of the fireworks change to match the beat of the music, making this an immersive fireworks display you can enjoy through sound as well as sight. With bands of light reflected on the water, the scent of the sea, and the scale of about 10,000 shells launching into the Seto Inland Sea night breeze, this is a climax unique to the port city of Hiroshima.

Afterward, the surrounding roads and trams get very crowded, so it is recommended to stagger your departure by enjoying the afterglow at the harbor for a while after the finale before heading home. Access is basically via the Hiroshima Electric Railway (広島電鉄) Hiroshima Port (広島港) tram stop.
