Minato-machi Kaihhin Park is a park adjacent to the central coastline, which serves as the launch site for tonight's fireworks display. With lawn areas and walking paths in place, it becomes an ideal spot for a pleasant evening breeze in the early evening. During the Gion Kashiwazaki Festival period, food stalls line the surrounding area, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine while awaiting the show. Slowly finish your dinner while gazing at the sunset over the Sea of Japan, then spread a leisure sheet in a good viewing spot to prepare. This area offers the best location to see the fireworks launching sky and sea head-on.

Tips

Parking lots around the park fill up early from evening on the day of the fireworks. Using public transportation or walking from a distant parking lot with shuttle bus service is recommended. Food stalls get crowded, so eat early. Restrooms become congested, so use them well before the show starts for peace of mind.
