The fireworks seen from the tip of the peninsula, with few obstructing objects around it, spread across the entire field of vision, and the bands of light reflected on the quiet lake surface add a unique beauty. The echoing launch sounds across the nearby mountains and the night breeze that crosses the lake create a fireworks viewing experience unique to Shiga in summer.
