Island City Central Park (アイランドシティ中央公園) is a vast green space located at the center of Island City, an artificial island developed in Hakata Bay. Since tonight's fireworks venue—Kashii Hama and Mishima Green Bay Walk (御島グリーンベイウォーク)—is nearby and visible from here, you can get oriented to the area's geography during the day. 2026年4月18日(土)19時30分から20時30分、博多湾の香椎浜・御島グリーンベイウォークを会場に開催されるFukuoka東区花火大会です。約7,000発の花火が夜の博多湾の上空に次々と打ち上がり、海面に光の帯を映しながら春の夜空を彩ります。春の花火大会ならではの柔らかな夜気の中で、大輪の花火が開くたびに歓声が上がります。海辺の開けた立地のため視界が広く、打ち上げ花火が水平線の彼方まで響き渡る爽快感は格別です。フィナーレの大連発が海と空を同時に染め上げる瞬間は、この1日のクライマックスにふさわしい迫力です。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は大会公式の発表で確認してください。終了後は会場周辺および最寄り駅が大変混み合うため、フィナーレ後は海辺でしばらく余韻を楽しんでから、時間差での帰宅がおすすめです。帰りのバス・電車の時刻は事前に確認しておきましょう。足元が暗いエリアがあるため、スマートフォンのライト機能が役立ちます。

Tips

Take Nishi-Tetsutsu bus heading toward "Island City" (アイランドシティ), or drive about 10 minutes from Kashii Station. Parking is available. Multiple restrooms are located throughout the park. You can sit directly on the grass, so you may want to test-spread a picnic blanket beforehand. When passing through this area again before tonight's fireworks, road congestion will begin, so plan your departure with time to spare.
