Be sure to check the official announcement from Noshiro City or the Port Festival Executive Committee regarding whether the event will be held on the day. The roads around the venue become congested after the event ends. Rather than leaving immediately after the performance, enjoy the lingering atmosphere at the venue for a while, then depart at a staggered time to avoid congestion.
