This is a city community center in Omagari Hinodemachi, Daisen City. The first floor has an auditorium that can hold 300 people, a mid-sized training room, and a lounge, while the second floor has Training Room No. 1, which doubles as an audiovisual room, the tatami-floored Training Room No. 3, and a cooking room, making it a place for local gatherings and learning. It's also close to the venue of the National Fireworks Competition 'Omagari no Hanabi', and on the day the whole surrounding area is wrapped in festival energy. Taking a relaxed walk around this area before evening lets you handle the post-start crowds without panic.

Tips

Within walking distance of Omagari Station. On the day, surrounding roads get congested and traffic restrictions come into effect from the afternoon, so getting around is mainly on foot. Knowing the location and operating status of the food stall area will make picking up dinner afterward go smoothly. Check the location of restrooms as well.
