A nationally popular roadside station located in Kawaba Village, northwest of Numata City. Wooden buildings are scattered among fields spreading at the foot of Mount Hotaka, forming a complex facility integrating a farm produce direct sales shop, bakery, craft beer brewery, and restaurant. In autumn, apples, pears, and grapes from local producers are abundant, along with fresh vegetables, handmade sausages, and craft beer brewed with the pure water of Kawaba. Simply walking through the spacious grounds is enjoyable, and it's convenient for gathering light snacks and drinks for the evening's fireworks. Purchase souvenirs during this time and keep them in your car, allowing you to move freely until evening.

2026年9月12日(土)19時00分から19時45分まで、沼田市運動公園を会場に打ち上げられる沼田花火大会です。打上数は1万発以上と北関東の秋花火としてもトップクラスの規模を誇ります。9月の澄んだ秋の夜空は透明度が高く、花火の色と光が夏よりもくっきりと映えるのが特徴です。利根川流域の山々に囲まれた沼田の地形が音を反響させ、腹に響く迫力のある打ち上げ音も楽しめます。フィナーレに向けて打ち上げが加速する終盤は、空全体が光で埋め尽くされる圧巻の45分間。レジャーシートの上でゆったりと夜空を見上げながら、秋の群馬の夜を家族みんなで満喫しましょう。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は大会公式の発表や沼田市の案内で確認してください。終了後は会場周辺の道路と駐車場から出るまでに時間がかかります。フィナーレ後は会場内でしばらく余韻を楽しんでから移動すると混雑を避けやすくなります。足元が暗いためライトを用意し、小さなお子さまの手をしっかりつないで帰路についてください。

Tips

About 15 minutes by car from the Numata Interchange, or about 20 minutes by car from Numata Castle Ruins Park. The parking lot is spacious and relatively easy to park in even during congestion. From late afternoon on the day of the fireworks festival, traffic returns to the city, so it's safe to depart around 4 PM. Operating hours vary by facility, so check the official website.
