As the sun sets, the water surface of the Iwaki River transforms into shades of orange and gold, creating a picturesque evening landscape. On days when you can see Mt. Tips
荒天・強風時は中止または順延の場合があります。開催可否は五所川原市の公式発表で当日確認してください。終了後は市街地・駐車場へ向かう人で大変混み合います。花火終了後はしばらく河川敷で余韻を楽しんでから移動すると、混雑を多少緩和できます。帰りの車・バスの時刻は事前に確認しておきましょう。

Surrounding roads become congested on the day of the fireworks festival. If driving, check the temporary parking lot information from the official announcement by Goshogawara City in advance. Restrooms will be crowded—use them early. Food stall lines can be long; purchase food with extra time in mind.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour 40 minutes required. The time when the sunset is reflected on the river's surface is particularly beautiful, allowing you to enjoy premium seating before the fireworks begin.
