A roadside station in Togane City (東金市), popular for its direct-sales market lined with fresh vegetables grown by local farmers and seafood from the Kujukuri coast (九十九里). It is just right for shopping on the way to the beach, and handy for picking up drinks and snacks. The shop also stocks souvenirs unique to this area, and stopping by in the morning leaves more room in the afternoon plan. There is rest space inside as well, built so that families with small children can easily take a breather.

大網白里市にある九十九里浜の一角、白里海水浴場は2026年は7月4日(土)から8月23日(日)まで、8時30分から16時まで開設されます。遊泳は無料で、きれいなトイレとシャワーが整い、5軒の海の家が砂浜に並ぶので、休憩や食事にも困りません。市営駐車場は1,000台収容と広く、普通車1,000円・中型車1,400円・大型車2,000円・二輪車200円(市内在住者は免許証提示で無料)で利用できます。九十九里浜らしく開放感のある広い砂浜で、波打ち際の水遊びから砂遊びまで、夕方までたっぷり楽しめます。

Tips

駐車場は市営駐車場が便利ですが、夏の週末は混み合うため午前中の到着がおすすめ。夏の砂浜は熱いのでビーチサンダル必携です。営業終了は16時なので、着替えの時間を見込んで15分前には切り上げましょう。
