Water Play at the Lazy River and Two Water Slides Until Evening

Suimpia Nara, an outdoor leisure pool within Mahoroba Health Park in Yamato-Koriyama City, operates from July 18 (Saturday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026. In addition to the lazy river that loops around the grounds, there are two powerful water slides where splashing water reaches everyone from elementary schoolers to adults. Small children can safely play in the shallow wading pool, bucket splash areas, and fountain zones even if they're not confident swimmers. Light food can be purchased at the concession stand, allowing you to spend the entire day from noon to evening poolside.

Tips

Admission is ¥860 for adults and ¥420 for children (free for ages 3 and under). The gates open at 7:45 AM on weekends and holidays and 8:00 AM on weekdays, but operations run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (closing at 5:00 PM), so plan accordingly. On crowded summer holiday weekends, arriving in the morning is your best bet.

Best time to visit

Entering at noon gives you 4.5 hours until closing at 4:30 PM to play abundantly.
