宮城県七ヶ浜町にある菖蒲田海水浴場は、2026年は7月11日(土)から8月23日(日)まで開設。遊泳時間は9時から16時までです。遊泳は無料で、売店やトイレ、監視台、救護所が整っており、初めて訪れる家族連れでも安心して過ごせます。約500台分の有料駐車場も用意されているため、車でのアクセスも便利です。波打ち際の水遊びから砂のお城づくりまで、夕方前まで思いきり夏の海を満喫できます。

駐車場は有料・約500台分。混雑する週末は早めの到着がおすすめです。遊泳時間は16時までなので、着替えの時間も見込んで15分前には切り上げましょう。夏の砂浜は熱いのでビーチサンダルが必携です。
