A marine facility near Ayukawa Port (鮎川港) where you can observe a sperm whale skeleton specimen, dolphins, seals, and more up close. There are also exhibits telling the history of Ayukawa, once a thriving whaling base, making this a place that builds excitement for the sea on Ajishima (網地島) that you're about to head to. Inside, there's also an exhibit corner about marine life, so even small children can enjoy it without getting bored. After your visit, fill up on food around Ayukawa Port and get ready for the ferry.

Within walking distance of Ayukawa Port (鮎川港). It's a good idea to time your visit around the ferry's departure time. Eateries serving seafood are clustered around the port, making it convenient for a meal before the ferry.
