A relatively new roadside station along National Route 8 (国道8号), a rest spot stocked with Kurobe (黒部) farm produce, specialty products and light meals. Locally grown vegetables, processed goods and Kurobe's signature sweets are lined up, handy for choosing souvenirs at the end of the trip. The interior is bright and open, with rest space where families with small children can spend time comfortably. It is also just the right place to stop for hydration and a break before heading to the beach.

黒部市にある石田浜海水浴場は、2026年は7月11日(土)から8月16日(日)まで開設される、富山湾に面した海水浴場です。遊泳は無料で、シャワーが完備されているほか、周辺には約100台分の無料駐車場が用意されており、家族連れでも気兼ねなく訪れやすいのが魅力です。海の向こうには立山連峰の雄大な稜線を望むことができ、山と海の両方を一度に楽しめる富山ならではの景色が広がります。地元の人々に親しまれてきた落ち着いたビーチで、波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、夕方まで思いきり夏を満喫できます。

Tips

無料駐車場は約100台分ありますが、週末やお盆前後は混み合うことがあるので早めの到着が安心です。シャワーは完備されていますが、着替え用のタオルや水着ケースは持参しましょう。夏の砂浜は日差しが強いので、日よけと飲み物を忘れずに。

Tips

The parking lot is large and easy to use. It can also be used to top up on ice, drinks and sunscreen before sea bathing. Combining it with a restroom break before heading to the sea keeps things smooth.
