A roadside station in Numakumacho, Fukuyama City (福山市沼隈町), stocked with fresh local vegetables, fruit and processed goods. Sitting on a national road, it is well placed for a break on the way to Sea Park Ohama (シーパーク大浜). The toilets and car park are spacious, suiting a driving break with small children. It is also handy for topping up drinks and snacks to take to the beach, so set the pace of your trip here before heading out for the morning's sightseeing.
Tips
The car park is large and easy to use, which also makes it a convenient meeting point in the morning. Early morning before the crowds is your best bet. Take your time and combine it with a toilet break.
