About this spot

An outdoor leisure pool in Ainan Town, Minamiuwa District, Ehime Prefecture (愛媛県南宇和郡愛南町), open in 2026 from Saturday 27 June to Monday 31 August. To mark the opening, admission is free on 27 June. The centrepiece is the wave pool with its big swells, enjoyable even if you simply bob along on a ring. The 50 m slide pool is popular with everyone from elementary schoolers to adults, and the lazy river is perfect for drifting gently as you swim. For small children there is a shallow toddlers' pool, so everyone in the family can enjoy the water all day at their own pace. Free parking is provided, so arriving by car is easy.
