Izumozaki Town Pool (出雲崎町民プール) operates in 2026 from Saturday, July 18 to Sunday, August 23. Saturday, July 18 to Monday (national holiday), July 20 is the pre-opening period, with the main opening starting Saturday, July 25. Besides the 25 m pool for serious swimming, there is a play pool for small children and a summery water slide, so every family member can enjoy it at their own pace. Since 12:00 to 13:00 is a break, you can savor plenty of water play from re-entry in the afternoon until closing in the evening. Spent in the open air unique to a town along the Sea of Japan, it is ideal time for making summer memories.

Tips
Fees differ for town residents and non-residents; for non-residents it is 400 yen for adults, 200 yen for elementary and junior high school students, and free for preschoolers. If you stay across the 12:00 to 13:00 break you will need to re-enter, so mind the timing of lunch. Closing is at 16:00, so allowing time for changing and packing up and finishing around 15:30 is recommended.
Best time to visit
Entering at 13:00 after the break lets you play at a relaxed pace through the afternoon until evening
