Tips
There are four parking areas, but they can get crowded on summer weekends, so an early arrival is recommended. As the beach closes at 5:30pm, it's reassuring to wrap up around 5:15pm to allow time to change.
Best time to visit
From just after 2pm, the afternoon sun softens slightly, and it's a good time to swim until just before 5pm.
