Nagano City's outdoor public pool in Aomori, operating July 18 (Saturday) to August 19 (Wednesday), 2026. The 50m pool with 7 lanes allows school-age swimmers to swim seriously, while the adjacent infant pool lets young children play safely as they become comfortable in water. A vinyl pool for children not yet toilet-trained is also available, allowing families with age differences to enjoy water play together — a major appeal. Operating hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so entering at noon gives you well over half a day to play.
