Moromine Beach, opening in 2026 from July 19 (Sunday) to August 23 (Sunday), is located on the Moromine coastline in Suruga Ward, Shizuoka City. Swimming hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and use is free. Eight temporary changing rooms each for men and women are provided with usage hours from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Showers and restrooms are also available, so you can change and rest after water play with confidence. Free parking is also available along the coastal road, making it convenient for those arriving by car. With the lingering impressions of Moromine Fishing Port and Kunozan Toshogu Shrine visited in the morning, spend the afternoon leisurely at the water's edge.

Tips

The changing rooms are available until 4:30 p.m., so it's recommended to leave time for changing and cut your visit earlier to account for this. The parking lot along the coastal road is free but can be crowded on weekends during summer vacation. Swimming hours end at 5 p.m., so plan your return accordingly.

Best time to visit

After 1 p.m., the sun becomes milder, allowing you to enjoy the beach for a long time until 5 p.m. closing.
