A beach in Tonosho Town opening from July 18 (Saturday) to August 30 (Sunday), 2026. Located in a cove protected by the small island of Kashima nearby, the calm waves make it safe for families with young children. Swimming is free, and during summer a beach house, changing rooms, and cold showers are available (all fee-based). A parking lot also opens during summer for a fee, making it convenient for families driving. Toilets are well-maintained, so you can spend a full day relaxing at this beach.

Best time to visit

From 2:30 p.m. onward, the sunlight is gentler, allowing plenty of time to swim until evening.
