三豊市にある父母ヶ浜海水浴場は、2026年は7月25日(土)から8月16日(日)まで開設され、遊泳時間は10時30分から15時までです。遠浅で波が穏やかな砂浜は、風のない時間帯には水面が空を映し込む「鏡張り」の絶景で知られ、全国から家族連れが訪れる人気スポットになっています。遊泳は無料で、更衣室はありませんが有料の温水シャワーが利用できます。無料駐車場もありますが、繁忙期は一部有料になることがあります。波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、閉場時間の15時まで思いきり夏の海を満喫しましょう。
Tips
毎週火曜日・水曜日は定休日のためお出かけ前に日程の確認を。更衣室がないので、車内やラップタオルでの着替えを想定しておくと安心です。温水シャワーの利用には小銭を用意しておきましょう。夏の砂浜は熱くなるためビーチサンダルが必須です。閉場は15時なので、着替えの時間を見込んで14時45分ごろには切り上げるのがおすすめです。
Tips
Conveniently located near central Nio Town, making it easy to visit by car. The temple grounds have stone steps, so please consult staff if using a stroller. Mosquito repellent is recommended in summer.
Best time to visit
About 45 minutes. Morning prayers before the sun gets strong are recommended.
