A redevelopment building directly connected to Suzurandai Station (鈴蘭台駅) on the Kobe Electric Railway, which opened in 2018. It is a complex facility where floors 1 to 3 are commercial floors and floors 4 to 7 house the Kobe City Kita Ward Office, with a supermarket, drugstore, bakery, café, clinic, and more. The 1st floor has a transportation plaza with a bus terminal, making it a hub of local daily life. Picking up food and drinks for dinner here at this time makes it easier to secure a spot near the venue afterward.
