A large outlet mall located a short distance from Makuhari Seaside Park (幕張海浜公園). It's lined with numerous shops and a food court, and doubles as a handy indoor space to cool off during the heat of a summer day. It's a perfect stop for a bit of shopping and a light bite before the game and fireworks.

The parking lot and mall tend to get crowded on weekends, holidays, and during summer vacation, so allow plenty of time. Decide how long to stay while factoring in the travel time to the stadium.
